☀️ Summer Sessions! ☀️
In Creative Minds Summer Sessions, we champion the artist in everyone. Our mission is to inspire confidence in artistry and reveal the magic of creation. 🪄 In these week-long sessions, young artists get their own studio time to unleash their creativity. This is a mixed-media camp where we will be using processes ranging from painting and drawing, collage,printmaking, sculpture and more! It's a space for imagination, artistic expression, friends and summer fun!
Students will come into a WORKING ARTIST STUDIO where they will learn techniques for their OWN creations. Some projects will be teacher-led, but the goal is to allow students to find their inspiration and create from there. Not all projects will be “show-worthy”— we value process and experimentation over final products, because that’s where real learning and creativity lie. Classes are limited to 10 so that each student receives 1:1 time working on their projects.
In Creative Minds, it’s more than just an art project, you'll leave with a sense of accomplishment and newfound confidence. 💪

YOUR TEACHER:
Hello, I’m Paula! My passion is allowing people to free their inner artist.
I’m a professional artist and teacher with a BSEd in Art Education from The University of Georgia and an MFA from Columbia College Chicago. Galleries that represent my work are in NY, Boston, Sarasota and Marietta.
Formally, I taught art in schools and colleges for 15+ years and now through my own studio and online.
I’m also a certified Master Expressive Arts Facilitator and incorporate this philosophy into my classes.
When I’m not creating art, I'm playing with my family of 2 young boys, 2 young adult stepsons, one husband, one dog, one cat, (and no reptiles-yet! ) having adventures in the Atlanta area and surrounds.
