Clear Out Blocks (video 8:56 and writing exercise 30 mins.)
Carve out a block of time (I recommend at least 30 minutes) to do this exercise
Write in your journal all of your memories (it helps to go chronologically) that have a "charge" related to your art, your self-worth, your career, etc.
Once your list is done (and maybe you used some tissues?) go through EACH memory and do the Forgiveness exercise for it. Say either out loud or to yourself, "I forgive you. I'm sorry. Thank you. I love you." FEEL into these words and really MEAN what you are saying. This is where the power lies.
Go have a cup of something delicious. You deserve it. And drink a lot of water, too. It helps wash any residual stuff out.
